Service Description

This is a FREE 30-minute online (zoom) consultation where the potential client will have a chance to get to know about the ICCTherapy approach and the counsellor before committing to working in a collaborative partnership. Clients may share their challenges and their main objective or reason for seeking counselling and their related goals and hopes. The counsellor will answer any questions that the client might have with scheduling, fees, and any other clarifications. We'll support you in whatever way we can to work on the client’s healing process.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We want to ensure that all our clients receive the best service possible in an efficient and effective manner. By providing proper notice of cancellation you are allowing other clients, the opportunity to receive the help they need.  Please provide 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who give us less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment is considered a no-show and will be charged a cancellation fee. You can always reschedule an appointment with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. How to Cancel: You can cancel your appointment by sending email to admin@healingbeings.org or by phone at 778-538-0115. Please leave a voice message if no one answers the phone. We will always respond either by phone or email that your message has been received confirming that your appointment has been cancelled.
